For the best flavor and texture, allow the dessert to rest at room temperature for 8–10 minutes before serving. This allows the chocolate shell to soften slightly and the mousse to reach its ideal creamy consistency.
Best consumed within 48 hours. Do not freeze, as freezing may compromise the structure of the mousse and affect the shine of the tempered chocolate shell.
